 Here is a fresh and unique Chicken 65 recipe for you. This is homemade style, spicy, crispy, and flavorful — not copied from any website, just my own version.

🌶️ Fresh Chicken 65 Recipe (Homemade Style)

Ingredients:

✅ 500g Boneless Chicken (cut into small bite-size pieces)
✅ 3 tbsp Thick Curd / Yogurt
✅ 1 Egg White
✅ 2 tbsp Rice Flour
✅ 2 tbsp Corn Flour
✅ 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
✅ 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (for color)
✅ 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (for spice)
✅ 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
✅ 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
✅ 1 tsp Garam Masala
✅ 1 tsp Lemon Juice
✅ Salt to taste
✅ Few Curry Leaves
✅ 2-3 Green Chilies (slit)
✅ Oil for deep frying

For Final Tadka (Optional but gives restaurant flavor):

✅ 1 tbsp Oil
✅ 1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
✅ Few Curry Leaves
✅ 1-2 Green Chilies (slit)
✅ 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
✅ 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
✅ Pinch of Sugar

Marination:

1️⃣ Wash and clean the chicken well.
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, all dry masalas, curd, lemon juice, salt, and egg white.
3️⃣ Mix well and let it marinate for 2 hours minimum (fridge is better).
4️⃣ Just before frying, add rice flour and corn flour. Mix properly to coat the chicken pieces.

Frying:

1️⃣ Heat oil in a kadai / deep pan on medium flame.
2️⃣ Fry the chicken pieces in small batches until golden brown and crispy.
3️⃣ Drain on tissue paper.

Final Restaurant-Style Touch (Optional):

1️⃣ In a small pan, add 1 tbsp oil.
2️⃣ Add chopped garlic, curry leaves, green chilies. Sauté till aromatic.
3️⃣ Add red chilli sauce, ketchup, and a pinch of sugar.
4️⃣ Toss fried chicken in this for 30 seconds.

Garnish:

👉 Fresh curry leaves
👉 Squeeze of lemon

Serve Hot with:

Mint chutney, onion rings, lemon wedges.
