FRESH CHICKEN ROLE RECIPE

📝 Ingredients (for 4 rolls):
- Boneless chicken – 250g (cut into thin strips)
- Whole wheat/maida parathas – 4
- Onion – 1 medium (thinly sliced)
- Capsicum – ½ (thinly sliced, optional)
- Green chilies – 1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Curd (dahi) – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Oil or butter – 2 tbsp
- Salt – as needed
- Fresh coriander leaves – a handful (chopped)
🌶️ Spices for Marination:
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp
👨🍳 Preparation Method
1️⃣ Marinate Chicken
- In a bowl, mix chicken strips with curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and all spices.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes for flavor to soak in.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add marinated chicken, sauté on medium flame until cooked and slightly golden (about 8–10 mins).
- Add sliced onion & capsicum, stir fry for 2–3 mins (keep a slight crunch).
3️⃣ Prepare Parathas
- Lightly roast or fry parathas with a little butter/oil until soft but slightly crisp on edges.
4️⃣ Assemble the Roll
- Place cooked chicken mix on the paratha.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
- Roll tightly and wrap with butter paper/foil.

Serve hot with mint chutney, mayo, or spicy ketchup for extra taste.
