 FRESH PANEER ROLL RECIPE  🌯 Fresh Paneer Roll Recipe 🧾 Ingredients: Paneer (cottage cheese) – 200 g (cut into strips) Wheat flour – 1½ cups Onion – 1 (thinly sliced) Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced) Tomato – 1 (sliced) Green chili – 1 (optional) Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp Curd – 2 tbsp Lemon juice – 1 tsp Red chili powder – ½ tsp Turmeric – ¼ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Oil – 2 tbsp Fresh coriander – for garnish 👩‍🍳 How to Make: 1️⃣ Prepare the dough Mix wheat flour with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil. Knead it into a soft dough using water.
